Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

I’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.

Lost Mail

Pixie Paperie is not responsible for lost or delayed mail once it has been shipped. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
